Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Company details and scope

The roso.pt website presents the ROSO — Douro Wine Estate brand, owned by Sociedade Agrícola Vale de Pombeiros Lda, with Portuguese tax number (NIF) 506062783. For information about the website or these terms, contact info@roso.pt.

These terms govern the use of ROSO’s temporary landing page. The website introduces the project, provides contact details, allows visitors to subscribe to news and links to an external booking service.

2. Information about the project

The content describes the concept and experiences planned for ROSO. Featuring an experience on this page does not guarantee that it is already available. Dates, services, prices and availability should be confirmed before making a booking. Information may be updated as the project develops, without affecting the terms of confirmed bookings or consumers’ rights.

3. Bookings and enquiries

The “Reservations” link takes you to the Fero Collection booking platform. Before completing a booking, check the identity of the contracting entity and the terms provided on that platform, including the total price, payment, cancellation, refunds and rules for your stay.

These website terms do not replace the specific conditions of each booking. An enquiry by email, telephone or WhatsApp does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed booking. For assistance, contact bookings@roso.pt.

4. Use of the website and its content

You must use the website lawfully, avoid interfering with its operation and provide accurate information when contacting us. Text, images, logos and other content are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission, except where permitted by law.

5. External links and availability

The website includes links to third-party services, including bookings, WhatsApp, maps and the Electronic Complaints Book. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. If you find an error or cannot use the page, please contact us by email. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Personal data

The processing of data associated with enquiries and news subscriptions is described in our Privacy Policy. Browsing the website does not constitute consent to marketing communications.

7. Complaints and consumer rights

You can send questions or complaints to info@roso.pt and access the Electronic Complaints Book.

Using the Electronic Complaints Book does not affect any other remedies available by law. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may refer the matter to the competent alternative dispute resolution body. A list of recognised bodies is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.

8. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date and will not affect previously acquired rights.
